All orders are shipped via USPS on business days (Monday to Friday) excluding holidays. In general, orders are processed in 1-3 business days. Once processed you will receive your order within 3-10 business days.
If you choose to ship your orders to multiple locations, there will be additional charges for each destination.
Friends & Neighbors is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to force of nature or other uncontrollable events.

WEB RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY
We want all our customers to receive high quality products. If there is something wrong with the product you have received or if your delivery is not identical to your order (wrong product or if a product is missing), please contact our customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org
If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, you may send it back to us for an exchange or a refund.
SALE MERCHANDISE, VINTAGE ITEMS, FRAGRANCE AND LINGERIE
are FINAL SALE. No exchanges or returns will be accepted. All returns must include a RETURN AUTHORIZATION. See below instructions on how to receive a return authorization. Items returned without a return authorization number will not be accepted.
All merchandise returned must be unworn, unwashed, with the price tags intact.
Jewelry must be returned in original packaging.
Returns must be returned within 14 days of the original ship date and should be sent prepaid. We will not accept CODs.
We recommend packages be returned via traceable carrier and insured to the full amount of the merchandise. We are not responsible for missing packages.
Exchanges/refunds are processed within 7 days after we receive the merchandise. You will receive a confirmation by email when your exchanges/refunds are processed.
In case merchandise is not available for exchange, you will be reimbursed. We will refund your credit card for the purchase price of the merchandise minus shipping costs. We do not refund original or return shipping costs. Shipping costs will only be refunded when the return is a result of our error or damaged merchandise. We have the right to deny credits if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.
RETURNING WEB ITEMS IN STORE POLICY
Full priced unworn merchandise with an RA# may be exchanged in stores for an item of equal or greater value within 14 days of purchase. Exchanges made in stores follow the stores' return policy. Our stores cannot issue refunds for web purchases. Any web returns brought to our stores will be passed to the web department and will be processed within 7 business days.
Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. Fragrances, undergarments, merchandise without price tags attached and without boxes cannot be returned or exchanged.
WEB RETURNS AND EXCHANGES PROCEDURE
1. Before sending out your return/exchange package, please click "My Account" to log in and locate the appropriate order under "Order History".
2. Email Info@friendsaustin.com and include your order number and a reason for the return. You will receive a RETURN AUTHORIZATION (RA#) via email once we process your request. Please allow up to 72 hours for processing. All requests for RA numbers must be made via email. No RA numbers are available via telephone.
3. Print your confirmation email and include it with your package.
4. Pack and securely seal the merchandise in the original package if possible. Please write your RA# very visibly on the outside of the package.

All sale items sold online are subject to availability. We will try our best to fulfill all online orders, and if an item is out of stock we will notify you as soon as possible and you will not be charged for the out of stock item.
