I remember the day when we got a sample of this homemade sriracha to try out. We dipped a sweet potato chip into the jar and my taste buds were like WHAT THE HELL DID YOU JUST DO TO ME, THIS IS DELICIOUS. It went beyond regular sriracha. I don't know if I can ever go back. It makes everything taste better. And I'm not even saying that to woo you into buying this, it just really is the most tasty thing ever. If you like a good kick and a lot of flavor, this is the product for you.
In 2010, Jolene Collins became more consciously aware of the things she was putting in and on her body. She noticed that one of her favorite condiments, sriracha, contained a lot of preservatives and she became determined to create a healthier and tastier version. And boy did she!! The best thing about it is how much love she puts into her products. She chooses multiple different types of chilis from trusted vendors who grow organic and fresh produce right in New York. She then blends them together with just the right ingredients and BAM, JoJo's Sriracha is born.
There are two different batches to choose from. You've got your regular style JoJo's Sriracha orrrrrrr a wine-infused version made with Ravenswood Petite Sirah. It's a hard decision I know. How are you gonna figure it out???? Maybe get both, I don't know.
