Over in the cafe we take our beverages pretty seriously. We're not trying to mess around. We're constantly striving to experiment with different products and produce to create new fun palette teasers to refresh you with. Take our shrubs for example. Mercedez, our Manager extraordinaire, has taken up the hobby of extracting fruitful juices from cherries and pineapples and the like using sugar and then soaking them in a little vinegar. Once combined with some bubbly Topo Chico, the result is a master blast of rejuvenation.
Some fruits we decided not to douse with vinegar and kept them in their pure form, thus creating delicious syrups used for Italian Cream Sodas. Add it to some Topo Chico and cream (or no cream depending on your preference) and let it invigorate you. Perfect for a warm summer day.
Last but not least we have also added a special coffee concoction for those who really need a big lift. And when we say lift, we mean this bad boy will make your eyeballs stand tall for about an hour straight. It's called the COKESPRESSO and was invented by our very own barista Mike Garrido. Mike is also famously known for bringing the Mario Kart tournament to the store as well. You can all come in and give him a big hug for that. So yes, the Cokespresso. It's a shot of espresso, mexican coke, and a little vanilla syrup over ice. That might wake you up just thinking about it.
